"Change State of..." not an action option in Triggers
I am new to Storyline. I downloaded the trial version and now have access to the full version. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled.

I'm thinking the top of the choice menu was cut off, and that's why you weren't seeing the "Change state of" option. Try moving the trigger wizard down, and you should see it at the top of the list. I hope that helps!
