Change the size of closed captions?
Attached is an image of how my closed captions appear in Storyline. They are so small they can't be read. Is there a way to increase the size?
I have a follow-up to this. We set our cc font in the player and ensure we don't use really long sentences in the captions. However, depending on the user's display resolution, monitor size, if they are setting their display settings for fonts (i.e. 100 percent or 150 percent) they are getting really different experiences about how readable the font is. Is there a way to keep it from scaling so dramatically that it appears tiny to some users and in some other cases so large it is cutting off other elements on the slide?
