Change the size of closed captions?
Attached is an image of how my closed captions appear in Storyline. They are so small they can't be read. Is there a way to increase the size?

While the Storyline view will change to accommodate the best viewing experience across various devices, there is no way to adjust the closed captioning font for each user.
Although with a recent update, you can now Make closed captions easier to read. Increase the captions font size up to 200% in the modern player; I am not sure that this will solve the discrepancies in viewing based on individual player settings.
I would encourage your users to adjust their display settings if they have issues with the font being cut off.
