Changing Account Email?

Hi Decannaat Riscomanagement,

Changing the email address on your Articulate account won't change anything created under the old email address.

Here are the steps to change your Articulate ID email address to another one that belongs to you:

1. Go to https://account.articulate.com and sign in with your current email address and password.
2. Enter your new email address in the Articulate ID field, then click Save.
3. You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to verify your new information.

Note: Transferring your Articulate ID to another person isn't permitted by our terms of service.
