Charging extra for AI?
Come on guys most apps have AI built in at no cost but you guys are going to charge $300 US for it? bad enough the price has gone up $500 over the last couple of years now this? I also noticed you turned of comments on any post that mention AI, you are going to lose business.

The problem is that there aren't really any viable alternatives to Articulate at the moment so they can charge what they want. I've been checking out the new version of captivate but it isn't really there yet.
I wonder if Articulate is shooting themselves in the foot though. I teach Storyline and Rise and many of the organisations I visit now maintain a very tight control on the number of licences they have. ie. price is getting to be a disincentive to buy more. Hey Dave,

Regarding the AI integration and its cost:
- While it's true that some apps offer basic AI features at no additional cost, our AI integration is deeply embedded throughout the product. It offers advanced capabilities that go well beyond simple add-ons.
- The $250 price point (not $300) reflects the extensive development and powerful features we've incorporated. To put it in perspective, purchasing these AI tools separately would actually cost significantly more. And it's worth noting that this is just version 1 of our AI integration. We have exciting plans for continued improvements and expansions of these features, which will provide even more value over time.
- We believe that the time-saving benefits and increased productivity our AI tools offer will quickly offset the initial investment for most users.

I love the product but times are tough and it seems there is constant increases, I have had a look at Captivate as well and might even consider Lectora.
