Checkbox label read twice (JAWS 2023) in checklists

When using a screen reader to read a checklist in Rise, each of the labels are read twice (JAWS2023), or the checkbox is read separately to the label (NVDA). See the following video as an example ...

    I'm currently encountering something similar.  I noticed in the version history (JAN 2024) the following, "Fixed: When using a screen reader, multiple response questions weren’t read completely and multiple choice questions were read twice." However, answer choices are still read twice for multiple choice questions when navigating with JAWS. I can see reference to the aria label twice in the devtools markup. Is this still an open case?
