Clicking Player button opens Error Report

So every single time I click the Player button I get the Error Report message. I've uninstalled articulate, restated my computer and installed it again. To no avail.

Thanks Andrea! And just a note, that it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email, although with no sensitive information (just your confidentiality notice).
