Close Caption Generated from Text to Speech -> Some Close Captions are mising

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong. I use Storyline 360.

I typically insert a text to speech sound, copy paste the text, make sure the box on the upper right is ticked and save. And this gets my text to speech work.

Then I go in the Close Capation editing part and realize that some words are  missing here and there. (same in the actual preview). It happens more if there is a lot of text. Could not find any pattern to explain why some words would be missing, except, they tend to be either at the begining of the CC box, or at the end.

Any idea how to make this not happen ?
