Closed Captioning appears to be doubled

Hi, This has been an ongoing issue with the last two projects I built in SL. It seems to be the case when I text-to-speech or add audio files. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Thank you!

    Hi Everyone!

    Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!

    In Build 3.105.35604.0 we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:

    • Black border/outline shows around closed caption text

     

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

This is happening to me as well and I have ARticulate 2025. There is only one imported audio and the cc is timed perfectly to the audio. When I viewed it previously in an LMS system, no issue. Now after a recent update, it shows 2 lines of cc. Is there any fix for this? Any new updates to fix this?
