Closed Captioning appears to be doubled
Hi,
This has been an ongoing issue with the last two projects I built in SL. It seems to be the case when I text-to-speech or add audio files. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Thank you!
This is happening to me as well and I have ARticulate 2025. There is only one imported audio and the cc is timed perfectly to the audio. When I viewed it previously in an LMS system, no issue. Now after a recent update, it shows 2 lines of cc. Is there any fix for this? Any new updates to fix this?
