Closed Captions do not appear on video after upload

Hello

I submitted a case 03039688 and uploaded the mp4. However your system would not allow be to upload the VTT file.

      You responded to my case # 03039688 by saying "Hi Linda! I can see that Rowie has already replied to you regarding case 03039688! You're in good hands".

      However I never heard from Rowie.

      Can someone help me with my issue?

        Hi Linda! Rowie replied to you last 12/26. I've asked him to resend the reply. Can you check your emails for anything with a subject line  RE: Case# 03039688?
