Hello I'm not able to edit caption in Articulate 360. It says failed to start. This happened all at once 2 weeks ago. any suggestions?
Sorry you are getting this. I had this issue a few years back and after a lot of trial and error it was determined that my .net framework and Visual C++ runtime engine needed to be reinstalled. This can be a common occurrence if you have applied an update recently or installed other apps that might have placed a different version on your PC. You can try doing a repair to your Storyline installation to see if that fixes it. Give that a try and post back and let us know how you made out.
