Color picker (eyedropper) doesn't work
Trying to pick a shape's border color to match other on-screen elements. The eyedropper only works in the dialog box. Once outside, the chosen color is black no matter what the eyedropper is over....

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know you are running into this issue as well. Are you using an additional monitor? Does this work if you disconnect it?
In addition, were you able to try the solution that Ashley shared above:
It behaves oddly when using: Format Shape > Color > More Colors > Click the Eyedropper
What you could do instead is use: Format Shape > Color > Eyedropper

Yes, it works when it is not connected to another monitor. Why is that?

Hi Siga. Thanks for confirming. We are investigating a bug where the color picker is not working in Storyline 360 when there is more than one monitor. We'll keep you posted on any changes to this behavior!
