Color picker (eyedropper) doesn't work
Trying to pick a shape's border color to match other on-screen elements. The eyedropper only works in the dialog box. Once outside, the chosen color is black no matter what the eyedropper is over....

Since the last response was 10 months ago, let's start fresh. Can you share a bit more about what you're experiencing?
Do you see an issue where the Eyedropper is not working correctly with multiple monitors? Looking forward to hearing back!

Thank you for your prompt reply and support. I found the next day I had no issues, which is fantastic but probably due to the home/office setup and screen resolutions you mentioned.
