Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! I'm sorry to hear that your client is experiencing this issue when trying to post comments in Review 360.
I have a few other clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot:
- Have they tried accessing the Review 360 link in a different browser?
- Is there another version of the course that has been published?
- Are their comments disappearing right away? Is it possible that the comments had been resolved? If this is the case, you can click on the ellipsis (…) menu in the upper right corner of the screen and choose Show Resolved Comments.
