compatibility between LMS and RISE
We have some traceability and completion issues when our modules are created in Rise. We would like to check the compatibility between our old LMS and RISE. Do you have any leads that could help us direct our research?

elizabeth Is it necessary for the LMS to use the same reports as us ? Passed/Incomplete or Complete/Incomplete
Hi Mariel-PF!
Glad to see Elizabeth has been helping you!
While I can't speak to the configurations of third-party LMSs, your LMS administrator should be able to help clarify which settings are best. This article outlines all of the quiz data Rise 360 sends to an LMS. How an LMS interprets that data, is reliant on the LMS itself.
If you're noticing inconsistencies between your Rise course and the LMS, testing with SCORM Cloud as Elizabeth shared, is a great first step. This can help pinpoint if an issue lies within the course material, or the LMS that's being used.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!

This is the troubleshooting I would do:
- Verify with your LMS administrator or LMS user guide what format is required (SCORM, xAPI, aicc, cmi5).
- If it's SCORM, is it SCORM 1.2 or 2004?
- If it is 2004, is there a required edition (2nd, 3rd, 4th)?
Once you have those verified, are you using Passed/Incomplete or Complete/Incomplete? Usually Passed/Incomplete is better. It is most likely to record both completion and success statuses in your LMS.
I would also test my published output on a file like SCORM Cloud to see if I am getting proper data from something besides my LMS.
