Can I ask which publishing settings you are using when publishing your course? If you're tracking by course completion only, or there is no quiz in your Storyline 360 course, these could cause the score of your course to record a 0 in your LMS, since there is no quiz to record. One way to test if the behavior is LMS-specific is to test in SCORM Cloud.
If the issue is only happening in Litmos, I'd recommend using Anne-Sophie's approach and reaching out to their LMS support team. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can look at your project file.
