Computer Memory Specs

Even with my brand new laptop Storyline 360 crashes every 5 minutes or so.  I've tried all the solutions that have previously been posted so.... I'm going for a new angle here.  What memory specs do I need to have in order to use Storyline 360 with little to no problem.

My income relies on this so I am not afraid to spend the money to get my PC laptop up to "speed" if you will.  If I'm unable to update my current laptop I will happily buy a new one.  I just need some advice.

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz  2.80

Install RAM: 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Hi Jesse,

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. These things can be frustrating. The specs you listed are well with-in Storyline 360  minimum requirements. Here is an article that includes some other things you can check on to hopefully get things working correctly.
