Content Creator Usage Reports

Hi Steven Benassi,

I'm the admin of our Articulate teams account. The usage report Articulate provides in the account management console only offers the last date the user logged in using their password. Articulate only requests the login after 90 days. What I need (and Steven asked for) is something like the last product usage date. I hear there's an ongoing feature request, but cannot find it. In addition, the link you provided ("this article") does not work. Thanks a lot in advance! 🙂

Admins and account owners can access seatholder information by downloading a CSV file, from the account management dashboard. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your account management console.
2. Click Manage Team in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click Download a CSV.

After downloading the CSV file, you can open it in your preferred text editor, or spreadsheet app. The following information will be displayed for each user you have permission to manage:

• Name
• Email address
• Status (Accepted, Invited, or Failed)
• Group
• Last Login (in UTC time)
