Content is broken after page reload
Hello everyone. I'm trying to understand how to keep content working after page reload.
Steps to reproduce issues:
- Take any Storyline content (for example this template)
- Upload to cmi5 compatible LMS. I used SCORM cloud
- Launch and verify that it's working
- Reload the page
- Actual behavior: error message and the content is no longer working
This happens because Storyline fetches single use lrs token for the second time.

Based on the cmi5 best practice #17 "AU’s should be designed to use non-volatile storage"
How can I achieve this in Storyline?
