Continue labels are not translated

Hi,

I have made a course in english, and now I need to translate it into french and german.

So I have made a copy of the course - and have changed the labels to french and german. But some of the labels doesn't change language - that include the "continue" and "complete the content before continuing" buttons.

Are there anyway, that they can be automatically translated - or is the only way to achieve this by translating them manually?
