Continue Screen

Hello everyone:

I uploaded a SCORM package generated with Storyline 360 to an LMS platform. When students who haven’t finished the course want to return to it, they are asked whether they want to restart or continue. If they choose to continue, a new screen appears — one that had never appeared in any previous course — asking if they want to resume where they left off. When they click “Yes,” it’s not possible to access the course; only the “No” button works, which takes them back to the previous screen. This has never happened before. What could be the problem?

    It sounds like you're having some trouble with the resume behavior of your Storyline course, when uploaded to an LMS!

    I see that you've already opened a support case that's being handled by my teammate John. It looks like he just replied to your e-mail sharing insight and suggestions.
