In the meantime, there is a solution for the problem where an extra navigation bar appears in SAP SuccessFactors. In the Publish to LMS options, there is an option called "Hide LMS interface". When you enable this option, an extra piece of code is added to the imsmanifest, which hides the LMS navigation. I think this was specifically designed for SAP SuccessFactors. And the code is exactly the one that CoryVetter-a93e mentioned.
