Copy Rise 360 course to another account
Hi, I have a course in a Rise 360 account that would like to copy to another account of the same product. Can that be done and how? Thanks.

You can send a copy of a course from one account to another using the email address for the Rise account holder of the destination account.

Is it possible to transfer all the Rise modules directly to another account? In my situation, one of my colleagues is leaving the company and we want to transfer all their courses to our new colleague without having the colleague who's leaving have to share each Rise module with the new colleague?
Hi Elena,
A Rise 360 admin can transfer your colleague's contents to another team member by removing the person leaving from your Articulate 360 team account. You can check out this information here: Articulate 360 Teams: Managing Content When Users Leave Your Team.
