Copy/Paste Google Translate Text in Notes page in Storyline 360

I face up with serious problems with the copy and paste text function in the note pages. This bug results in automatic closure of the 360-program without saving.

Very frustrating and time consuming I must say....

For translating text from the note pages, I use google translate, First I copy the note page text in Google Translate and then paste it back in the note page. So far so good.

To create the supporting audio I copy the text from the note page again into my audio program. And for some unidentified reason the program terminates automatically without saving.

How can this bug be solved?

    Good to know that the copy/paste function is working well when inserting your Slide Notes! 

    I'd like to learn more about your process for creating the audio:

      • What language you are translating to for your course? 
      • Are you using Text-To-Speech within Storyline 360 or a 3rd party audio program to generate the audio? 
      • If you are using Storyline 360, are you receiving error messages? If so, please share screenshots or screen recordings with us so we can investigate further.
