Corrupted text when publishing .story file

Hi all,

We use the Sofia Pro font (Adobe CC) for Storyline courses. Recently, I'm experiencing the font displaying incorrectly only when I preview or publish. When I'm working in the course, it displays correctly. I opened a blank file and got the same results.

This recently started happening unexpectedly. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the font as well as the course with no success. 

Note that I absolutely have the font installed on my machine.

Any help is appreciated and I posted screen shots.

    I'm sorry you're having an issue with your font not showing correctly when previewing or publishing! We would love to troubleshoot this for you! Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case?
