Course complete, but menu items still locked
Hi, may I ask if this bug has been solved?
I have course for which the menu is free yet some user are experiencing this same issue*. For them the menu, doesn't show the check mark after the slide has been reviewed. The course is super simple, only two slides with layers that trigger the next. No animations, no triggers related to the timeline.
The initial course had the condition of having to review 100% of the slides. About 150 were able to complete it, while 43 couldn't even though they reviewed all content. Which makes it even more puzzling.
I had to remove the condition of having to view all slides for the course to show as complete on LMS. I am also unable ti upload the file for company policies.
