Course Share not showing as in progress /completed in learner record
Is there a way that we can start having courses that were accessed using the share course link start to come up as in progress or completed in the learners record right now they don’t show up anywhere except for when they’re complete in the account on the right side, but it doesn’t even show what the course was.

Are you referring to a course shared in Reach 360? In the Reach 360 dashboard, a learner’s record includes the training in which they’re enrolled, with the color of the ring reflecting how many training items are completed, in progress, or not started.
To help me better understand what you’re seeing when you say the course only appears “when they’re complete in the account on the right side,” could you please share a screenshot of the learner record? That will help me see exactly where the course name and progress information are (or aren’t) appearing.
The video shows the learner clicking the share link and the course not showing up in their learning record - also not showing up in the Reach 360 Dashboard (the learner showed is a different user, who was enrolled by the administrator).
Basically it seems like there is no self-enrollment that works, because the learning doesn't show up anywhere if they use the share link.

Thanks for clarifying and for sharing the video and screenshot. I’ve passed them along to our Distribution team via a private support case so they can look into why courses accessed through a share link aren’t appearing in the learner’s record or the Reach 360 dashboard. You're in excellent hands!
