Course Tracking Reach 360
Hello,
I had a question regarding whether it is possible to monitor course progress on reach 360 from an articulate storyline course. I want to be able to obtain user feedback on our course as well as their progress on reach 360

I have a Rise Course and I publish to Reach for internal training. I, too, want to gather course feedback. Posting hoping we both will receive great ideas or a solution.
Hi nporter!
Happy to help!
Although Rise 360 has fewer tracking options than Storyline, you can track learner progress by percentage of lessons completed, and/or by quiz results when publishing to Reach 360. After enrolling your learners into the course, the Analyze tab can be used by Reach admins to track their learner's activity.
Please let me know if you run into any setbacks!
Hi AAALAM3!
Happy to share some insight on this!
Do you mind clarifying the specific type of user feedback you were looking to obtain from your learners? When publishing from Storyline to Reach 360, authors can choose reporting and tracking options that fit their needs best. Once learners have been enrolled, and start taking the course, admins can review their activity via the Analyze tab.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!

We wanted user feedback on reach mainly with regards to whether they liked the course and comments on improvements. I have figured out this portion on how to acquire feedback through survey questions and the results slide. But, I want to also track their progress like how far they have made it in the course.
I looked up some articles saying it is not possible to visualize the progress bar on reach when using publishing from storyline. Please let me know if there is a workaround for this. I want to see the users progress but it is always blank as shown belowHello AAALAM3,
There isn't a workaround for this limitation right now. There is no way to display course progress in Reach 360 for Storyline 360 authored content.
You can check out Storyline 360's built-in variables, particularly the "Project.Progress" variable, to display course progress within the course, but there's no way to report this data to Reach 360 or other LMSs.
