Courses not exporting properly.
Every time I try to export a course LMS, Scorm 1.2, it gives me an incomplete zip file (1kb). No idea what to do. I've reconfigured courses, changed files, etc and nothing works.

Sorry you're hitting this roadblock. Does this happen with any Rise course you export for LMS? Also, what web browser are you using?

- Your Articulate ID email associated with your Articulate 360 account
- The name of the course you're trying to export.

Did this get resolved? I'm having the same issue. Has been working perfectly and all of a sudden it's misbehaving?

Hi Deb! So sorry to hear that your Rise course isn't exporting properly.
What browser are you using? You'll want to make sure you're using the latest version of a supported browser here. When you export, do you see any error message, or does it just export an incomplete zip file?

I am using Chrome. The course appears to export properly with no error
message. When my colleague tries to upload it he zip file into thd LMS, she
gets an error message saying incorrect file type. There are 17 courses in
total - only 3 are acting this wayTa
