Covering PHI in videos
I have been unable to find a good way to cover personal information in a video as the screen scrolls. Programs like Camtasia work but they are time consuming. Does anyone know how to do it in Storyline or can you recommend a good third party software that will allow hiding info as the video scrolls?
How about working in a non-production system which doesn't display personally-identifiable information? No amount of screen-blurring and/or software-created redaction is going to matter if the PII gets out and the affected parties decide the best course is litigation.
Agree with Joseph the risk is high. The answer is that storyline has no way to remove PII you could obscure it with shapes (but it is still there and could be revealed) or photoshop it but you need to ensure it is all caught.
