Is it possible to customize the system to combine multiple groups into subgroups?

Would you mind sharing more details about what you mean by "combining multiple groups into subgroups"? Is this a question about organizing items in Review 360 or Rise 360's Team Folders view? If you'd be willing to share a screenshot of which section of Articulate 360 you're referring to, we'd be able to confirm if the feature you need is currently supported or not!

I don't have data to share at the moment, but what I was asking is whether Articulate would be able to make a modification to the software we purchase to allow us to have subgroups in Reach. As of now, we can only organize through a naming convention, but we'd like to have multiple groups nest under one larger group.Hi klearner39,
Thanks for your response! Right now, you can create groups in Reach 360 but cannot organize them into subgroups. Our product team can definitely look into adding this, so I filed a feature request on your behalf. We'll let you know if there are any updates to this request.
