Agreed Emil... when I tried googling about 360 video and Storyline's capabilities, the results were a mess bc of "Storyline 360". Pretty funny actually. :) I have a client that is wanting an interactive 360 video (much like a real estate walk through with clickable features)... and I'm sad to learn this sounds pretty complicated in Storyline. Would love to see this feature added soon!

Adobe captivate is having this feature to add interactivity in any 360 degree video, made two videos and client liked it but the main part it does supports in low resolution only.
hope storyline will soon add this feature, posted about 3 years back still hopes going on😊

I have just been having a play with creating a 360 interactive image in Storyline 360 as I'll be need to do it for a client soon, and thought I'd share here in case it helps anyone else before the 360 feature is released. I took a panoramic picture, used this image on a number of slides (each one starting a bit further in to the image. I then added a hotspot strip down each side of the slide to move to next/previous slide when the user hovers over. This worked surprisingly smoothly and you could then add whatever interactions you wanted as it's all within storyline 360.

Hi - just checking on the status of Articulate adding the functionality of importing 360 degree videos/images into Storyline. I believe I read somewhere that this is in the works for a future update and just wondering how soon this may be available.

Hi, Natalie and everyone!
I have exciting news to share!
We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 54, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the features we’ve included is:
Create immersive learning experiences with 360° images. Add interactive elements, such as hotspots and markers to engage learners as they explore.
360° images are currently in public beta for Storyline 360, which means you can use them for production as we continue to enhance them.
To take advantage of this feature, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let us know if you have any questions by posting here or directly reaching out to our Support Engineers. - nielsvollrath-7Community Member
Hi Natalie,
That's great news and I just tested the functions in the new feature. It seems to be working well so far. Are there any plans to do the same for 360 degree videos?
Hello Niels!
We do have a feature request for 360-degree videos, and I've added your comments so we can continue tracking this request! We'll keep you updated in this discussion.
I appreciate you taking the time to post in this thread.

Hi @lauren
I would also like to request 360 video as well. This is critical for my work at Delta and I would rather stay with Articulate than have to switch to another development tool. Please advise when this feature will be added.
Thank you,
Julenna

We would really like to have this feature as well. Please add me to the list should Articulate deliver this solution. We are pursuing immersive experiences in our training and use a 360 camera and would like to see not only 360 images but interactive 360 video.

The same question I work in Medical and we need to add a 360-degree video allowing the learner to navigate around the room to see the procedure and the many different screens. Any update on adding a 360Degree Video Format?
Thank you

@Articulate
I agree, we really need 360 videos to create immersive 360 VR experiences, would be fantastic! Count me in for this!!!

I'm voicing support for 360 videos.
I have been using 360 still images in StoryLine in the medical field with success. The learners are more engaged with the content. Taking this a step further to include video will be a huge boost for Articulate.
