Cue point Timing is Off

I am working to create an interactive video. The main slide has the video and a couple of layers. I used multiple triggers on the base slide to branch to quiz slides based on 10 of the timeline's Cue points (When the timeline reaches Cue point #1 show layer Cue point 1, If Variable1 = False, Pause Video 1).  I used True/False variables to resume the video (When Variable 1 changes, Resume the timeline on this slide). I was happy to get the triggers to pause and resume the video successfully.

The issue is that two of the Cue points are firing at completely different timings, with the exact same set-up as the others (Cue point 3 should be firing the trigger at 4:58 and instead fires early at 4:42 and Cue point 8 should be triggering at 10:58 and instead fires off at 8:11). This cuts out the speaking parts of the video. It does resume where it should though.

I can't figure why these Cue points are off while the others work correctly.

I am not able to share the file publicly due to workplace policy.

Has anyone else encountered this before?

If you can (by your corporate policy) upload a Storyline file with just the one slide that is misbehaving (and all actual information obfuscated), it would be much easier to diagnose.
