Custom Fonts Not Working

I have added several custom fonts to my Rise 360, but none of them seem to be working.

I converted them to the correct format using the recommended converter, uploaded them into Rise, and assigned them as the Theme Font, but nothing.

Feel like I am going crazy, is this a bug in the system?
