I have a few troubleshooting questions to help me better understand the issue.
- Have you tested this in a different browser?
- You mentioned the behavior is inconsistent. Does it happen for multiple users? Or, is it at random for one specific user?
- If you're viewing the course in an LMS, have you tested it out in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if it's file-specific (issue persists in SCORM Cloud).
