Delayed Audio File in Preview and Review 360
I have an Articulate 360 Storyline 360 slide with eight layers. The base slide has two audio files. When I preview in Articulate 360 or view in Review 360, the first audio file on the base layer is delayed by about five seconds. So then the two audio files are speaking on top of each other for a few seconds. They are clearly not overlapping on the timeline. If I delete all eight non-base layers, it works fine. I tried different combinations of deleting layers. It only works correctly with two layers - three or more brings the problem back. It also doesn't seem to matter which layers are deleted.
If you click and on the scroll bar and move the progress indicator in Preview, the problem goes away for the rest of the preview.
I also tried deleting the first audio file as it was the only one that was delayed. After that, the delay moves on to the next audio file (i.e., the new first audio file).
The audio files were recorded directly from my computer sound card using Audacity.
I have attached the offending slide.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having this exact same problem. I have also created a support case, but if there is a quick answer on how to fix, can you post it here?

Alas, I did not find a good solution. In the end I just moved the files to the right and lived with a 5 second delay before the speaking starts. Not ideal, but I had to move on.
Best of luck.

One of the things Articulate support suggested was clearing my browser cache . . . and it worked!
