Dial Interaction is not working properly on the iPad or mobile device
Hi! We have created a dial interaction in Storyline 360 that is working fine on a desktop using a mouse, but the dial interaction is not working properly when tested on an iPad or mobile device.
If anyone has a solution, please advise.

- How are you accessing your courses? Are they hosted on a web server, or an LMS?
- Does the behavior occur when you use non-iOS browsers such as Google Chrome?
- Which versions of iOS have you tested the courses on?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

- We are accessing the course through an LMS.
- Yes, we are experiencing the issue with non-iOS browsers (Google Chrome).
- The iOS version is iOS 14.
