Different Story Size for Different Scenes

Hi all,

I have screen recordings that are the size of a cellphone screen in portait mode. However, my course needs to be designed in landscape mode. Is there anyway to adjust the screensize for specific slides or scenes?

If not, has anyone found a work around?

  • Also requesting the option to choose different custom slide sizes per scene.  I'm primarily creating custom content for other people's Rise courses, so having to create multiple projects in Storyline.

  • All our projects are 1280x720, having the ability to create a certificate that will print correctly on 8.5x11 or A4 in the same project would be great.  I have tried to get the print feature to work, and it just doesn't' work well at all.  So, a scene for 8.5x11 and one for A4 along with our 1280x720 would be huge.

Also requesting different slide sizes within one project! Even if it can just be set as a single size for a scene especially with more people using phones to access courses nowadays.

  • Seven years later, adding another plus one for this. I need Storyline to make a printout size (8.5 x 11) within a single slide or scene, and the rest of the course needs to be a 16:9 ratio. This is forcing a landscape outcome for a naturally portrait element, which is frustrating.

yep! 7 years later the inability to shift slide size between screens is a real problem as I need to swap from 16:9 to 7:13....
