Digital Training Confirmation and Tracking System for Apprentices
I use the platform to deliver procedures in a video and interactive format.
Often, it's the supervisors who deliver the training (procedure) simultaneously to several workers.
I would like to create something so that when workers scan the QR code, they are redirected to the training. Without having to review the training content again—since it was already covered in a group—I would like them to access a confirmation page with something like:
A checkbox and the following sentence: "I confirm that I have read and understood the procedure and I commit to following it."
Once the box is checked, it would indicate that the training is completed.
Additionally, upon each login, the worker should be required to enter which project they are assigned to. This way, I could export the report and send it to the project manager in order to track who has completed the training and who hasn't.

I use a separate hosted web page with the checkbox and text that emails the team's administrative assistant all data entered from the page for project needs like yours.
The admin uses a custom reporting tool to track employee training. Storyline isn't really the best tool for this process - it's cleaner and faster outside of SL
