Dimming - all or nothing?

There is no easy to dim one specific layer or the base only while previewing. You can cover the current layer with a semi-transparent background, or even easier, a shape. That will dim the base and any other layers during preview and when the learner views it. If you want it dimmed only during development, you need to remove the shape or background before you publish. See the sample for ideas.
