Slide Dimming When Notes Open

Hey everyone!

I am having an odd problem. I have a Storyline file that, when loaded and viewed in the LMS we are working with, dims the slide when the notes tab is open. This only happens when viewed from my (and a coworkers) laptop screen, and does not dim if we move it over to a regular monitor.

This happens in Chrome but not in Firefox. Example image attached.

    Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear this dimming happens when viewing your course via your LMS in Chrome. It's great to hear that it is working as expected on Firefox!

    • What LMS are you currently using? 
    • Does this happen on other courses you've uploaded to your LMS? Do you notice a change if you re-upload the existing course to your LMS?

    If you are still experiencing this behavior, I recommend contacting your LMS provider to see if they are aware of this behavior in Chrome.
