Disabling Fast-forwarding in Embedded Videos

Hi!

I am trying to disable fast-forwarding in my embedded Vimeo videos on Rise 360. I want to force my users to watch the entire video before continuing. I can disable controls through Vimeo, but this still seems to allow users click continue without watching the video the whole way through. Any solutions?

    I am sure you figured this out as this post is very old.  But Vimeo now has an option to turn Skip forwarding on or off and you can embed into RISE and it works great, I think it came about this year.  I have tried it and it works :)

    Hi Mckenna,

    Since embedded media are hosted externally, it isn't possible for Rise to track whether a learner skips through the embedded content. I recommend using a video from a file when adding a video to your course so you can ensure that your learners view the entire video before continuing with the rest of your course.
