Thank you for sharing the .story file!
I noticed that you have one button that makes all six objects turn either hidden or normal at the same time. Even though the objects are supposed to appear at different points on the timeline, when the user clicks the button, it changes their states to Normal, making them all show simultaneously.
I'm wondering if using a white rectangle that will switch from Hidden to Normal is a better solution for you:
