Docebo won't trigger completion of Rise SCORM file
Hello! I just happened to find this post while Google searching for a distantly related Docebo topic, and I can tell you that this happens to us all. the. time. I am not sure where the file size cut-off is, but if the SCORM package is too large (due to too much media, etc.), Docebo will "nope" out and stop tracking progress. Our solution (because Docebo has been so unresponsive to this) has been to break up our materials into multiple SCORM files that we upload as separate learning materials.
This might not be feasible when you have a Storyline file that's laden with multiple dependencies, but it should be a little easier with Rise. It's 100% a Docebo issue that they've refused to fix for so many years, and a critical one at that (in my opinion).
