Hi guys,
I just got Storyline 3 from my employer, and it looks like a have a very limited number of characters. I contacted articulate customer services, and they send me a link to download the character bundle, but it did not work. Moreover, the Trigger Wizard looks very different to the ones used in the tutorials on YouTube. Did I just get an older version? Could you please check the attached screenshots and explain my why it is like that. it would be great. thanks a lot.

I see that you're working in a support case with our team to make sure you have access to the Characters that were purchased by your employer. You'll hear from our team via email shortly!
Also, the Trigger Panel in Storyline 3 looks different than the Trigger Panel in Storyline 360. So if you're watching Storyline 360 tutorials then you will notice a slight difference.
