Does anyone know how long it should take to receive a download link for a course in Rise 360? I need the SCORM file and it has been 30 minutes or more since I published the course. I still have not r...
Are you publishing to an LMS? The download should start almost immediately after you publish.
The time depends on the size of the course.
Our largest course takes about 7 minutes; all the rest take less time.
