Download video in Rise still not working
Hi all
I have seen the existing thread with instructions to inspect, copy, and paste the video link to a browser. Unfortunately, these don't work.

Thank you for your reply! It's greatly appreciated.
When I open the assets folder, the video files are only small (1kb) and not MP4 & I can't open them. The video doesn't appear in the asset folder properly.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
