Download videos fron WEBM to mp4 for articulate storyline
Hi!
I am trying to download a video to my slides, the problem is that I have a Macbook first and foremost moreover I can not seem to convert the video to a format that storyline articulate can accept. I am not even trying to add a new video, just replacing an old one. If anyone have any ideas please help me, I have been trying with basically every converter that I was able to find. The format that I have now is WEBM.
Thankyou!

Hi, Mathias, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ✨
You should be able to convert a .WEBM video to .MP4 using a free third-party tool called HandBrake. Here are the steps:
- Download, install, and open the HandBrake app.
- Click Open Source on the ribbon and import your video file.
- In the summary settings, confirm MP4 is the format selected.
- Click Start Encode on the ribbon to re-encode your video.
Let me know if this works!

Hi, I currently have a webm video to insert in on of my storyline projects. The point is to maintain the transparent background. Is there any way to do that on Stoyline ?

Hi Marie,
I suggest opening a new topic to post your question. If you already have a transparent WebM video, I'm sure adding it to Storyline can be done with JavaScript.
