Drag & Drop multiple icons into multiple drop zones

I have a file driving me crazy. I have setup icons to drag and drop into zones next to text. There are 2 icons stacked up multiple times on each other, so when you drag one off, another is...
It would probably be easier to make it a click based activity and you choose if it's creme or trash and then you move down the list of statements that way.
